• Drop Off is between 8:30 & 9:30am.

  • Pickup will be assigned at drop off- we close at 2pm, a text will be sent when your dog is complete.

  • ALL Dogs MUST have a harness/collar with leash or a carrier for us to bring the dog inside.

  • Park close to the door (we will not take the dog from your drivers window).

  • The rabies certificate is REQUIRED for all grooming clients.

  • Early pickup MUST be arranged ahead of time.

  • A daycare fee of $15/hour will be applied to any late pickups.

  • Matted dogs and dogs over 10 years old will require a waiver to ensure safety & clients will be educated on our process.

  • Due to Covid, we are crating all dogs for safety.

  • No show appointments are required to pre-pay their next appointment if they would like to remain a client.

  • All dogs are crated for drying, we do not use heated blowers for the health & safety of the pets in our care.

  • 24 hour notice is required for cancellation. A fee of $25* will be applied to your next groom if you do not give notice of cancellation.

  • We want to make you happy! Before leaving, please look over your pet to ensure you are completely satisfied. If there is something you need your groomer to modify, just ask, we would be happy to get anything adjusted for you. (Grace Period: 48-72 hours).

  • Please understand that if you leave and wait more than the 2 - 3 days to call us and explain you want an adjustment we cannot make the changes without a charge. After 2 - 3 days the hair isn't as clean and it will not cut the same, our groomers need to keep their equipment in tip top shape to keep your pups looking good, running their clippers or sheers through hair that is not thoroughly clean can damage their blades!

  • Payment is expected before pick up. Cash (we carry no change), Check & Charge are accepted. We will email an invoice to pay online once all dogs have arrived and text the invoice once your dog is finished if it has yet to be paid by then.
